We are a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the Division of Firms of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We are a members of Moore Stephens North America, Inc., which is comprised of regional certified public accounting firms based in North America, South America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. U.S. member firms are located in over 100 cities. This dynamic organization, whose membership is equivalent in size to a national firm, serves our Firm as a valuable resource for professional development, continuing professional education, consultation on technical matters, and high-level exchanges of information and ideas.

The Firm renders audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements. Eadie and Payne, LLP. also provides complete and diversified tax services. In addition to the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns; tax planning and estate planning are emphasized. Planning includes such areas as type of organization (i.e., proprietorship, partnership, or corporation), compensation, acquisitions, and mergers. Timely bulletins are sent to clients to keep them up to date on the latest tax developments and other matters. The Firm also provides bookkeeping and data processing services. In our management advisory services practice, we provide a range of services to clients in the areas of systems consulting, operations reviews, financial consulting, organizational reviews, and strategic planning.

Our most recent peer review, conducted in 2007, resulted in the issuance of an opinion that the system for quality control for the auditing practice of Eadie and Payne, LLP met the objectives established by the AICPA and was being complied with during the period under review. Continuing professional development is extremely important to our Firm. Since public accounting is an ever-changing profession, we have an obligation to ourselves and to our clients to keep abreast of new developments. In order to accomplish this, we stress a multifaceted program of training and development. We have developed standards and procedures for the hiring, training, and evaluation of our professional personnel and have allocated adequate resources for increasing and maintaining our technical proficiency.

Our commitment to your industry is further exemplified by our involvement in a number of industry trade groups. We are members of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives, National Council of Farmer Cooperatives, California Association of Grower Gins, California Association of Non Profits, Association of General Contractors of California, National Electrical Contractors Association, The Beavers.
