Privacy Policy at Eadie and Payne LLP

A new law requires that CPAs and all other personal financial service providers disclose their privacy policies to clients in a written notice. These policies pertain to non-public personal information about current and former clients.

Of course, Eadie and Payne, LLP has always protected your right to privacy with professional standards that are even more stringent than those required by law.

As your CPA, we collect:

· Information provided by you from your tax organizer, worksheets, documents and discussions

· Information that we develop as part of the engagement

As your CPA, we are required to keep all information about our engagement confidential so we will not disclose any information about you unless we have your approval or required/permitted by law. Permitted disclosures include third parties who assist us in providing services to you such as the vendor providing us with our tax compliance software. This applies even if you are no longer a client.

As your CPA, we are committed to safe keeping of your confidential information and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Your privacy is just as important to us as our ability to provide you with quality financial services. Please call if you have any questions about this statement.
